一听说这里有全越南最贵也最高级的美国牛排，你的吃货哥Vincious立刻带上眼罩，闻着气味来到了这餐厅、酒吧加肉店。这里除了吃喝，还可以买肉回家自己烹饪哦。室内基本上就是酒吧、肉铺和开放式烤炉区，外面有几张可以正式用餐的桌子。浓浓的酒吧气氛和音乐，让人一进来就又想放松又想嗨。入座点菜后，面包立刻送上来，面包外层烤的非常脆，切下来一片面包，把微辣的腌辣椒涂在上面，瞬间感觉自己制作出了一个意大利bruschetta哈哈哈，配上整头烤大蒜，香味四溢。一杯Pina Colada鸡尾酒20万越南盾（约人民币60块），一杯Mojito18万越南盾（约人民币58块），没什么好挑剔的，慢慢喝，慢慢开启微醺模式。龙虾蟹肉羹里蕴含着浓浓的海味，松软鲜美的龙虾肉和血肉，真的要用面包把最后一滴都吸干才甘愿停手。接下来的是蔬菜沙拉配芝士片️，沙拉虽然清单，但是配上自制的酱汁和芝士，口味层次瞬间变得丰富。主角上台之前，热热的盘子先上来啦，紧接着就是刚烤好牛排啦！第一块比较厚，颜色比较深的是USDA Prime的半熟菲力牛排 250克，110万越南盾（约人民币310块），USDA Prime是身为牛排权威的美国农业部颁发的顶级牛肉证书，肉质非常嫩滑，几乎只用一把刀就可以切下一块，放进嘴里的感觉好像棉花糖一样柔和，轻嚼之下，牛肉就弥散在口之中，回味无穷。我点的蓝芝士酱是一种发酵后上面生了蓝色的霉菌的芝士，是一种类似榴莲或臭豆腐等级的魔性食物，蓝芝士配牛排也是我的最爱之一。半熟澳洲Black Angus肋眼牛排250，99万越南盾（约人民币300块），牛肉纤维比USDA Prime菲力牛排稍粗，口感也很棒，配上胡椒酱组成了牛排中的经典口味。但不差钱的话你的哥觉得还是USDA Prime的菲力牛排比较好。由于我们坐在室外，店面紧邻大马路边，环境还是有点吵。2个人只花了1000块就吃到这么高等级的牛扒，非常...不错的体验。
